Henrico County Heart of Hope: Henrico County Public Schools is launching a new annual Heart of Henrico Awards Program to celebrate employees who bring our Journey to 2030 core values to life: Student-Focused, Belonging, Collaboration, Innovation, and Equity. Each value will honor one support staff member, one instructor, and one leader - so every full-time employee is eligible. Nominations are open to staff, students, families, and community members and should include a 250–500 word narrative with specific examples of the nominee’s impact. The nomination window opens in early December and closes January 23rd. Recipients will be recognized at a reception on March 18 at the ACE Center at Hermitage. Be on the lookout for more information on submitting nominations soon since we know so many REES staff members who would be perfect nominees!
