Our Q1 Rally at the River was such a fun way to celebrate a wonderful first quarter at Rivers Edge! Shoutouts were given to our new Eagle Launch Club coaches and first round of student participants, Mrs. Shoup (HCPS School Health Superstar of the Month), Mrs. Langberg (REES Teacher of the Year), and our Q1 Announcement Crew as well as our new Q2 Crew. We also enjoyed a fun introduction to our Canned Food Drive. Mrs. Game and our SCA presented a fun skit illustrating how by working together we can make a huge difference in our community. Yes, we CAN! During the Rally, our PTA shared the success of our Raise Craze project. Our PTA President, Savon Sampson, also awarded top student, teacher, and class prizes (details below). We then enjoyed a fun student-versus-teacher Minute to Win It game and closed with a school-wide singalong of our school song, We SOAR. What a wonderful celebration!
