There is no better way to spend a morning that at a Rally at the River! Everyone was excited to be together celebrating all our Quarter 1 accomplishments. Utilizing the theme of "Live, Learn, Lead," our team put together an exciting celebration that highlighted not only our fabulous students but our dedicated staff as well. Many thanks to our first-grade team for starting the program with their character parade. What a great way to highlight so many wonderful books! The audience was then treated to a recording of a teacher/staff collaboration and communication activity which inspired lots of smiles and laughs. Ms. Jennings, our amazing music teacher, then led a 5th grade group in the a musical performance. We closed out the morning with a celebration of SOARing students who demonstrated Safety, Ownership, Acceptance, and Respect throughout the first marking period. They looked great modeling their new rally t-shirts with "Watch me SOAR" written across the back! We are so proud of our Eagles and look forward to another great quarter!
